My story

It began in Varanasi, India when I would frequently walk the streets snapping photographs of whatever caught my eye: parades snaking through narrow alleyways, old men selling flutes, potters throwing clay. It was during this time of wandering that I discovered my love of the camera lens and its ability to capture an experience, an emotion, or a memory. Its ability to turn the mundane into something worth remembering.
Since then I have brought my camera to the tops of mountains such as Mount Rainier in Washington and the Grossglockner in Austria. I’ve photographed the islands off the coast of Alaska during sea kayaking expeditions and my sister’s hands as she learned weaving techniques from the women of Kosalar, Georgia. For two years I worked as head photographer for Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany snapping shots of family vacations and couple engagements.
I strive to capture the big moments of that “I do” kiss, the ones you know you want to remember, but also the smaller, unexpected ones that hold just as much importance. My photography career began on the streets of India, and has since expanded to photographing outdoor landscapes, action and adventure, portraits and your wedding, however that may look for you and your partner. This is my passion, I look forward to photographing yours.
